Alan November Visits APS!

APS warmly welcomes Alan November.
Alan presented a wide array of ideas to our staff on Oct 31st at the Aurora Convention Center in Aurora Colorado.
From Blogging and Wiki's to Internet Phone connections and it's potential use in classrooms all very intriguing ideas. The information that impacted me most was "are any of us ready for the new world economy and are we preparing our students to function effectively in a world without borders"? Other school districts are likely faced with very similar questions. How these questions are addressed today will effect communities and our nations ability to compete. The future is in our hands..... I'll leave it at that for now.

Some Sites to visit that Alan shared with us.
Alan November's site has a wealth of information
Other Sites of Interest.
Internet Phone Service
Blogging and Collecting Blog information using RSS and XML
Wiki Encyclopedia Information
Moodle is a free course management system
Looks like a Long Road Ahead. I'll walk with you.
Yet another Blog from ME!
