With Infinite Campus (SIS) questions dominating the wire, visit Serviceware for quick answers to common questions. Many of the answers you are looking for are in IC. Open the window that you would like help with and click on the Help tab. Look for your anwsers in the Quick Reference sheets located at the bottom of the page.
